Ability to work in a team and under pressure **Job Opening: Drilling and Blasting Assistant** **Location:** Chapi \-Tia Maria \- Arequipa **Employment Type:** MYPE Regime **Work Schedule:** 14x7 We are looking for a Drilling and Blasting Assistant to join our team at Corporación Grupo Sur del Perú SAC. As a Drilling and Blasting Assistant, you will be responsible for: **Requirements:** * Experience in drilling and blasting (desirable). * Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental practices. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Availability to work under the 14x7 schedule. **Specific Responsibilities:** * Execute on-site drilling operations in accordance with safety, health, and environmental standards. * Maintain and assess equipment and materials to ensure they remain in good condition. * Coordinate with the drilling foreman actions before, during, and after drilling. * Keep drilling installations and areas orderly and clean. * Prepare and position drilling rods according to established procedures. * Prepare drilling sides as instructed by the drilling foreman. * Use necessary equipment and tools to perform assigned tasks. * Identify potential faults or defects in materials and work equipment. * Maintain and assess wrenches, pipes, hoses, and drilling components. * Comply with internal work regulations and safety, health, and environmental standards. * Coordinate preventive actions to avoid accidents. **Working Conditions** * **Work Schedule:** 14x7 * **Labor Regime:** MYPE * 50% bonus * 50% CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) * 15 days of vacation * **Salary:** 2200\.00 Position Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
