Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to manage and analyze accounting operations, record transactions, and comply with tax and labor obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for analysis and management of tax withholdings. 2. Management of accounting records and tax regulations. 3. Filing of payroll reports and reconciliation of reports. At Don Quijote, we are searching for the best talent to fill the position of: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT. Responsibilities: * Responsible for correctly and timely preparing and analyzing the tax withholding schedule for subsequent payment. * Issue sales invoices. * Receive, review, and file purchase and sales invoices in accordance with accounting and tax regulations. * Record purchase, sales, and professional service invoices into the accounting system. * Receive and review the proper entry of inventory invoices into the accounting module for subsequent filing. * Receive, review, and file payment-related documents, updating the payment control and outstanding accounts payable in the system. * Accounting accrual of payroll with corresponding cost center allocation. * Timely filing of payroll reports via AFPnet. * Timely reconciliation of purchase reports with SIRE – SUNAT. * Accounting recording of cash disbursements and receipts within established timeframes. * Preparation of reports as required by the supervisor. * Analysis of accounting accounts as requested by the supervisor. * Preparation of social benefits settlements. * Maintenance of records for rental contracts or other company contracts. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounting Assistant. * Knowledge of accounting systems, purchase recording, and cash handling. * International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS and IAS). * Current tax and labor legislation. * Agricultural sector regulations. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Preferably residing in Cerro Colorado, Zamacola, or nearby areas.
