**JOB OPENING – JUNIOR SITE ENGINEER** **Position Profile:** Junior Civil Engineer, proactive and interested in developing expertise in real estate construction projects, providing direct support to the Resident Engineer and field technical team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or licensed Civil Engineer. * Minimum **2 years of field construction experience**. * Basic knowledge of quantity surveying, progress control, and field supervision. * Basic ability to read and interpret construction drawings. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD. * Proactive attitude, organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and willingness to learn. **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct support to the Resident Engineer. * Daily monitoring of progress and measurements. * Field supervision of work items. * Support in material and subcontractor control. * Preparation of technical and photographic reports. * Tracking of scheduled tasks. **Work Location:** * Arequipa – field construction site.
