This is your opportunity to make an impact and rise above the possible. **Job posting end date:** 03\.06\.2026 **Job Objective:** Plan, direct, and supervise all production activities at the Service Center, ensuring proper use of organizational resources and compliance with established production specifications, schedules, volume targets, cost objectives, and waste reduction goals, in accordance with the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (HSEQ) Management System guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** Serve as liaison with various functional or operational departments to understand current and future manufacturing or repair needs, and develop plans, estimate costs, and create schedules based on defined requirements. Develop and implement manufacturing programs and procedures, and allocate labor and capital resources to maximize productivity. Responsible for performance improvement, production analysis, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify issues and recommend solutions. Plan, prioritize, and manage production line maintenance or downtime to minimize disruptions to manufacturing schedules. Lead, evaluate, and develop engineers and supervisors responsible for various production activities at the Service Center. Conduct technical visits to customers. Know, comply with, and enforce the policies of the HSEQ Management System. Enforce legal, regulatory, and internal company requirements. Report any incident, accident, and/or hazardous condition that may affect personnel safety and health, equipment, or the environment. Comply with company internal standards and regulations. Company Vehicle Operation. Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **To succeed, you must meet the following requirements:** Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Metallurgical Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies (Master’s degree) in areas relevant to this position. Minimum 12 years of professional experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory, managerial, or similar leadership roles. Knowledge of workshop equipment and tools, and welding-based repair processes. Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 Standard, ISO Standards, IPERC, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Accident Investigation, and Emergency Response. Knowledge and experience in Inspections, MATPEL, High-Risk Work, and Load Lifting Operations. Knowledge of Lockout Procedures and Operational Risk Analysis (ORA). ERP (SAP) proficiency. Intermediate-level English proficiency. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
