**Mission or objective**: Execute the electronic initiation process for blasting to ensure proper detonation according to customer requirements. **Responsibilities**: * Plan and coordinate tasks with personnel involved in blasting operations. * Ensure adequate stock levels of Daveytronic products at the operation site. * Carry out the blasting design process, programming, connection, checking, loading, and detonation. * Collect information from the blasting process and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on indicators, progress, anomalies, support for downstream post-blast results tracking, and improvement opportunities. * Conduct training sessions on products and their properties. * Ensure customer needs are met by addressing their requirements and expectations. * Coordinate blasting activities with the customer and provide process reports. **Requirements**: * Preferably 1 year of experience in mining * Mining Technician or related degree * Desirable knowledge of blasting processes. * Preferably A2b or A1 license (3 years old)
