




We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team The school is located in the district of Arequipa **Schedule** Monday to Friday 8:00\-4:00 Saturday 9:00\-1:00 **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Draft and send announcements according to the principal's instructions. * Respond to emails requesting information about the school according to provided guidelines and send the school brochure. * Follow up on tuition fee collections and other payments from parents. * Schedule parent-teacher appointments * Answer phone calls * Maintain student database records * Operate the SIAGIE system. * Assist in organizing school events (performances, field trips, excursions, etc.) * Support the principal in managing educational projects **REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate Excel skills * Proficient in Google Suite * Ability to create and tabulate forms using Google Forms * Familiarity with Zoom / Google Meet * Experience using Canva for simple designs * Desired knowledge and experience with the SIAGIE system. * Previous experience in similar roles * Good spelling and writing ability * Ability to interact effectively with parents **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract * We offer MYPE payroll benefits (Essalud, paid vacations) * 50% discount for immediate family members * Performance incentives **Apply via Indeed or through the company website.
