Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervising Engineer to lead technical supervision and service execution at a mining unit, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate with the client's operations, control, and safety departments We require a Supervising Engineer to lead technical supervision and service execution at a mining unit. We seek a candidate with professional growth potential. Extensive experience is not required; however, the minimum profile per Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM must be met: valid and enabled CIP registration, and at least 2 years of experience in mining and/or construction/operations supervision. Work Modality: On-site at the project location Location: San Rafael Mining Unit (Puno) Contract Type: Project-based Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to mining: Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Civil, Environmental, Metallurgical, Chemical, Telecommunications, or related fields. Valid and enabled professional license (CIP) (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of experience in mining activities or construction/operations supervision. Knowledge of Supreme Decree No. 024-2016-EM and its amendments. Immediate availability and willingness to work at high-altitude geographic locations. Desirable (non-mandatory): Experience supervising crews and high-risk tasks (e.g., working at height, use of critical tools). Proficiency in continuous IPERC, PETAR, and AST methodologies. Prior experience as a contractor at MINSUR mining units or similar operations. Main Responsibilities: Supervise and direct field service execution, ensuring compliance with Work Procedure Standards (PETS) and client standards. Ensure constant presence and control during high-risk activities. Verify correct completion of continuous IPERC, PETAR, and AST prior to each activity. Coordinate with the client's operations, control, and safety departments. Lead daily start-of-shift briefings and verify personnel documentation and authorizations.
