Due to growth, we are currently seeking candidates for the following positions in the Production area at our Arequipa site (Industrial Park): **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 3 months of experience in warehousing, loading, dispatching, or similar roles * Availability to work Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 6:30 pm * Availability to work at our site located on Av. Miguel Forga - Industrial Park * Good communication skills with customers * Must reside in the city of Arequipa **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, transport, and deliver goods to customers within the established time frame. * Perform loading tasks for receiving and distributing merchandise. * Verify product coding to validate product entry and exit. * Check product stock (physical/system). * Carry out warehouse maintenance (organization and cleanliness). * Coordinate and verify storage space. * Receive and restock hardware, decorative laminates, and wood products. * Load and unload products. * Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Initial base salary of 1,200.00 PEN. * Additional 270.00 PEN * Full payroll with all statutory benefits: bonuses, CTS, severance pay, family allowance, vacation, etc. * Growth opportunities * Performance incentives * 100% covered lunch * Training programs **Immediate hiring** Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,450.00 per month Workplace: On-site
