We are seeking a Commercial Executive for the construction sector, responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing clients, and closing agreements, with a focus on sales and contract follow-up.

Commercial Executive Opportunity in the Construction Sector.
Location: October 26 – Piura (100% on-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Fixed weekends off (Saturdays and Sundays).
Benefits:
Salary Range: PEN 2,000 to PEN 2,500 per month, based on experience + bonuses.

Requirements:
- Technical or university graduates in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office (preferred).
- Power BI
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, procedures, and policies (preferred).
- Valid Class AI / AII driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel (Northern region).
Responsibilities:
• Identify business opportunities and potential customers in the market.
• Maintain and update assigned customer portfolio (rotation).
• Research and qualify leads (prospective customers) to assess their interest and needs.
• Communicate with customers to understand their specific requirements and needs.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations aligned with customer needs.
• Explain contract terms and respond to customer inquiries.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions, including rates and rental periods.
• Address customer objections or concerns and propose appropriate solutions.
• Close agreements and ensure contracts are signed with proper party authorization.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction with service and awareness of future rental opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns effectively and promptly.
• Identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities (e.g., training, spare parts, used equipment).
• Continuously monitor contracts and ensure adherence to deadlines and agreed terms.
• Coordinate machinery delivery with the commercial manager and field services team.
• Ensure accurate equipment information is provided (proper preparation, correct documentation).
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records of commercial activities, including customer contacts and agreements via follow-up minutes.
• Generate periodic sales and performance reports for management review and decision-making.
