Construction Supervisor

Job Summary: Coordinates all phases of construction projects, managing personnel and supervising work to meet quality standards and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages construction site personnel effectively and supervises work progress. 2. Ensures compliance with financial procedures and construction specifications. 3. Maintains excellent interpersonal relationships with internal and external clients. Coordinates all phases of construction projects to ensure contractors fully comply with drawings and specifications. * Provides effective management of construction site personnel to carry out assigned tasks in accordance with quality, cost, and timeliness standards. * Supervises construction work including civil works, electrical installations, plumbing installations, painting finishes, lacquer finishes, ceramic works, maintenance, etc., in compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Ensures all financial processes follow the established budget and that work and services performed by contractors and suppliers comply with specified requirements. * Maintains excellent interpersonal relationships with internal and external clients by addressing their needs within committed timeframes and quality standards. * Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to achieve departmental objectives. * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architecture, with valid professional registration. * Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision of civil construction, renovation, or infrastructure maintenance projects and/or construction project management. * Excellent communication skills at all levels, planning and organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, negotiation capability, results orientation, and teamwork. * Experience with air conditioning systems. * Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft applications (Project). * Basic-level CAD knowledge. * Intermediate-level English proficiency is desirable.
