Position Summary: Resident Assistant, responsible for preparing reports, identifying errors, coordinating with the Resident Engineer and Construction Supervisor, and ensuring compliance with deadlines and targets. Key Highlights: 1. Key experience in riprap works and riverbank protection. 2. Active collaboration with the Resident Engineer and Construction Supervisor. 3. Responsible for meeting deadlines, achieving targets, and ensuring profitability. **RESIDENT ASSISTANT** \- Bachelor's degree or professional title in Civil Engineering \- Experience in **riprap works and riverbank protection**. **Specific Responsibilities**: \- Prepare weekly progress reports, including executed work items, resources used, and projections for the following week. \- Identify errors and inconsistencies in the Technical File and report them to the Resident Engineer and management. \- Actively support and coordinate with the Resident Engineer on technical matters. \- Assist the Resident Engineer in developing construction valuations. \- Review and approve, together with the Resident Engineer and Supervisor, construction valuations and subcontractor valuations prepared by the Technical Engineer. \- Support the Resident Engineer in coordinating with the Construction Supervisor on any planned or unforeseen technical matters, reaching agreement and consensus on the course of action or solution, and duly documenting it in the site diary. \- Be knowledgeable of and stay updated on Technical Standards and Construction Codes as stipulated in the NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION REGULATION, as well as the PROCUREMENT LAW, ITS REGULATION, AND STATE PROCUREMENTS AND ITS REGULATION, for application, defense, and/or resolution of observations during or after construction. \- One of the persons responsible for ensuring that deadlines, targets, and objectives are met on the specified date, with required quality and permitted cost margins, thereby generating good profitability for the company. \- One of the persons responsible for ensuring that deadlines, targets, and objectives are met on the specified date, with required quality and permitted cost margins, thereby generating good profitability for the Company. \- One of the persons responsible for complying with and enforcing proper conduct and etiquette, maintaining order, discipline, and respect for hierarchy at all times and across all areas and levels of the project. \- Other duties as assigned within the department.
