Good working environment JOB DESCRIPTION **Warehouse Assistant – C\&N Asociados** An 11-year-old hardware distribution company is seeking a **Warehouse Assistant**, responsible for supporting daily operations of receiving, storing, and dispatching merchandise. JOB OBJECTIVE Provide operational support in the warehouse, ensuring correct handling, organization, and dispatch of products while meeting company timelines and standards. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Loading and unloading merchandise (physical work) * Receiving and verifying products * Preparing orders according to requirements * Proper packaging of merchandise for dispatch * Supporting inventory counts and stock control * Maintaining warehouse order and cleanliness * Assisting with distribution and dispatch as required REQUIREMENTS * Warehouse experience (mandatory) * Knowledge of hardware products (preferred) * Good physical condition for operational work * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment * Ability to work under pressure and in a team * Immediate availability * Preferably own a moped KEY COMPETENCIES * Speed and efficiency * Order and organization * Proactive attitude * Work discipline * Responsibility WORKING CONDITIONS * Salary: S/ 1200 * Formal employment registration * Job stability * Good working environment IMPORTANT This is an **active job requiring constant physical effort**.
