Job Summary: VERMI SAC - Verde Puro seeks a responsible driver to distribute vegetables in Metropolitan Lima, ensuring quality and protocol compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of documentation and compliance with protocols. **VERMI SAC \- Verde Puro** Verde Puro is a company located in the district of Pachacamac with a 34-year track record in the industry, comprising over 100 employees. It specializes primarily in the production, industrialization, and commercialization of high-quality vegetables for well-known supermarkets and restaurants across Peru. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferably reside in the districts of Pachacamac, Lurín, or nearby areas to ensure punctuality at the company’s location in Pachacamac. * Valid A1 driver’s license and proficient operation of refrigerated vans. * Prior delivery experience and familiarity with Lima (preferred but not mandatory). * Availability to work from 5:00 AM to 1:45 PM. * Willingness to work overtime as needed until distribution is completed, compensated per legal requirements. * Willingness to assist the co-driver when required. * Responsible, punctual individuals with sound judgment while driving. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Distribute goods in Metropolitan Lima according to assigned route sheets. * Coordinate loading and unloading of finished products and verify associated transportation documentation. * Maintain up-to-date documents and records specific to the work area. * Promptly comply with and report returns and/or rejections to the Quality Department before unloading. * Comply with protocols established by departments responsible for the position (Distribution, Quality, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, or as determined by General Management). * Additional responsibilities to be detailed during the in-person interview. **KEY BENEFITS:** * Meals provided during overtime hours. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Job stability. * Market-competitive salary. * Mobility bonus. * Overtime pay. * Full statutory benefits under the General Labor Regime. * Full gratification payment. * CTS (Compensatory Time Savings) payment. * Statutory Life Insurance. * Private Health Insurance (SCTR). * EsSalud. * Etc.
