Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC machine programmer and operator with experience in metalworking to machine parts, manufacture machines, and ensure production quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC software programming and operation (Mastercam, Camworks, Solidworks). 2. Machining of parts and manufacturing of machines according to drawings. 3. Responsible for quality control and dimensional verification of machined parts. WE ARE A METALWORKING COMPANY OPERATING UNDER THE MYPE REGIME * Programming using preferred software Mastercam; if proficient in other software such as CAMWORKS or SOLIDWORKS, adaptation to the CNC machining center PC is possible. * Machining parts according to engineering-provided drawings to meet customer requirements. * Manufacturing machines when required to perform assigned tasks. * Reporting any equipment malfunction or failure to enable timely maintenance. * Proper use of measuring instruments and tools under one's responsibility. * Requesting all necessary resources from the Plant Manager or Plant Supervisor to execute tasks, prepare and condition materials for use, ensuring appropriate quality and adherence to schedule. * Operating assigned machinery or equipment properly. * Requesting necessary tools from the warehouse to carry out the corresponding process. * Verifying surface finish and dimensional accuracy of machined parts during and at the end of each process, where applicable. * Maintaining effective communication with immediate supervisor. * Generating daily production reports. * Reporting non-conforming products to the immediate supervisor.
