Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Excel **PROJECT PLANNING ENGINEER** ========================================== Company: CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) Location: Projects Our company **CONSORCIO CONSTRUCTOR PERU \- CCP (PE38\) (P030\)** is seeking top talent for the position of: **PROJECT PLANNING ENGINEER** **Position Objective** ----------------------- Coordinate planning and production management processes, following the company’s project management methodologies and procedures, to ensure optimal flow and resource management for construction activities. **Responsibilities and Functions** --------------------------------- * Participate in validation and updating of the WBS and Sectorization (areas and/or systems), and coordinate alignment of the Phasing Plan for project control with other tools (e.g., RUP, RO, etc.). * Participate in development and monitoring of the contractual requirements list to identify duties and obligations of each party regarding planning and productivity. * Preparation and Compilation of Claims. * Develop the project’s internal schedule in coordination with the production department, establishing time-bound targets and resources aligned with the contractual schedule to ensure continuous workflow during execution\*. * Other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree or licensed professional in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Planning or Scheduling Engineer in electromechanical and/or mining construction projects. * Experience in Preparation and Compilation of Claims. * Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Excel. * Specialized expertise in Forensic Schedule Impact Analysis is mandatory. * Position based at the consortium’s central office in Lima, but occasional travel to the Arequipa project site is required.
