Minimum 3 years of teaching experience as a Culinary Instructor at gastronomy schools. Preference given to candidates based in Piura. \* Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking ability and strategic vision to supervise multiple kitchen stations simultaneously. \* Leadership and Emotional Intelligence: Ability to motivate team members, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure environments. \* Commercial Acumen: Solid understanding of food costs, profit margins, and culinary industry trends.
