Position Summary: This role manages risks, supervises operational safety, authorizes work permits, leads training programs, responds to emergencies, investigates incidents, and audits safety supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive risk management and operational safety. 2. Leadership in training, drills, and emergency response. 3. Incident analysis and proposal of corrective measures. Risk Management: Identify hazards and assess risks at each job position (IPERC Matrix). Operational Supervision: Conduct field inspections to verify compliance with safety standards and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Work Permits: Validate and authorize permits for high-risk activities (working at heights, electrical work, confined space entry). Training and Safety Culture: Organize and implement the training program, including the daily 5-minute safety talk and orientation for new personnel. Emergency Response: Lead the formation of emergency response teams and conduct emergency drills. Incident Investigation: Analyze root causes of incidents or accidents and propose immediate corrective actions.
