Opportunities for professional development and growth **CONSTRUCTORA CYT** is seeking to incorporate an **HR MANAGER** into its team of collaborators with the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. \- Training in Human Resources Management, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Legislation, and Construction Legislation, among others. \- Minimum 1 year of experience as HR Supervisor/Assistant in construction companies.
