Position Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate to provide support in implementing and monitoring management tools and maintenance plans, while assisting with area indicators and excellence programs. We work with the joy of achieving the impossible—together. **Job Description** **What the Role Involves** * Provide support in implementing and monitoring management tools, as well as maintenance plans, to ensure the effective development of the department. **Key Challenges of the Role** * Ensure visibility and support for key departmental indicators. * Support annual plant maintenance activities. * Support the management of excellence programs. * Assist in preparing documents such as plans, instructions, presentations, and reports. * Develop and execute a project benefiting the department. **Requirements** Who Are We Looking For? * Student in the final semester or recent graduate (male or female) in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electronics Engineering. * Knowledge of indicator management, maintenance management, and 5S methodology. * Immediate availability to work in Sullana. **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to foster growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
