Key Responsibilities: Location: Patuca Position Purpose Integrate and implement Programming Frameworks and Sponsorship Operations Plans to contribute to community development and child well-being. This involves mobilizing and strengthening networks of change agents (volunteers) and community-based organizations, empowering them to promote local development with a focus on protection and well-being of the most vulnerable children. This role drives interventions in transformative education, economic and environmental resilience, spiritual nutrition, and protagonistic participation of Children, Girls, Adolescents, and Youth (CGAY). It also fosters meaningful relationships between sponsors and sponsored children, ensuring fulfillment of commitments to children and donors in accordance with global sponsorship standards. Position Requirements Academic Qualifications * University or technical degree in Social Sciences, Pedagogy, Agronomy, or related fields. Knowledge and Skills * Proficiency in facilitation methodologies and techniques. * Knowledge of community project formulation. * Experience applying playful and participatory methodologies in work with children, adolescents, and youth. * Competence in using digital information and communication technologies. Experience: Relevant experience in similar positions, local development, implementation of community projects, strengthening of social fabric, and participation in emergency response processes is required.
