What Do We Expect From You? Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Auditing, or Administration. Minimum 1 year of experience in auditing, internal control, business advisory, or related functions within financial institutions or cooperatives (desirable). Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Willingness to travel within the Piura region and other cities. Basic knowledge of regulations applicable to the cooperative system and the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Funds (SBS) (desirable). Analytical ability, professional ethics, time management, and commitment to continuous improvement. What Challenges Will You Face? Supporting the execution of agency audits according to the monthly plan and work programs. Reviewing supporting documentation for credit, deposit, and other operations. Conducting field visits to members. Accompanying business staff to validate processes on-site. Reporting findings and incidents identified during evaluations.
