Coordinate with various departments to ensure production efficiency. Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes. Monitor adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers. · Requirements · Establish and monitor key production performance indicators (KPIs). ERP proficiency for production (JIT, Kanban, TPM) Previous experience as Production Manager in motorcycle taxi depots. Advanced knowledge of production management and industrial processes. Ability to lead teams and motivate team members. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
