Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive management of spare parts and supplies for light and heavy vehicles, including quotation, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive spare parts management and warehouse control. 2. Coordination of procurement and material supply. 3. Teamwork and organization. Knowledge of spare parts for light and heavy vehicles. Ability to obtain quotations, compare options, and manage the purchase of spare parts and supplies. Inventory management and warehouse control. Basic knowledge of Excel and computer tools. Responsible, organized, and capable of working in a team. Receive, register, and store spare parts and supplies. Monitor incoming and outgoing spare parts, tools, and warehouse equipment. Conduct periodic inventories—biweekly and monthly. Request quotations and compare prices with suppliers. Manage and execute purchases of spare parts and materials required by the workshop. Coordinate with the maintenance department and mechanics to ensure timely supply. Maintain warehouse order and documentary control.
