Leads and manages teams in a dynamic environment. **Function** ------------ **DOUBLE HAPLOID SUPERVISOR** ================================ **Main Goal** ------------- Responsible for agronomic management of greenhouses for acclimatization and transplanting processes, supervising seedling acclimatization in greenhouses and coordinating the transplanting of seedlings into field structures, ensuring genetic traceability and quality control across all process stages. The position includes budget, cost, input, and labor requirement management; execution of agronomic trials; data recording; and preparation of technical reports with results, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s safety protocols. **Job description** ------------------- Supervise calculation and application of fertilizer dosages, peat usage, irrigation timing and frequency, as well as atmospheric variable control during the “hardening” process. Organize and supervise staff during sowing, doubling, transplanting, pollination, and harvesting activities. Maintain updated systems and records (SUIVI, Spotfire, instruction files, and laboratory files). Update and monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
