Be a key contributor to the growth of a new pharmacy **Position: Technical Director – Pharmacist Chemist** **Availability: Part-time, on-site in Piura, Peru** **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **About Us:** We are a newly established pharmacy specializing in sanitary products in Piura city. We are currently seeking a highly qualified Pharmacist Chemist to assume the role of Technical Director. If you are a professional passionate about quality and regulatory compliance, we want to meet you! **Job Mission:** Lead control, order, and management of our establishment’s sanitary, regulatory, and operational activities. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the highest pharmaceutical quality standards across all operations. **Main Responsibilities** **Documentary and Regulatory Management:** Organize, update, and manage all documentation required by DIGEMID and DIRESA. **Regulatory Compliance:** Guarantee and maintain strict adherence to Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution and Transportation Practices (GDTP). **Mandatory Sanitary Notification:** Manage the acquisition, renewal, and maintenance of regulatory compliance for our products. **Operational Supervision:** Supervise and control storage and distribution processes of sanitary products, ensuring their integrity and quality. **Technical Representation:** Serve as the company’s technical representative and primary liaison with DIGEMID, DIRESA, and other competent sanitary authorities. **Profile Requirements** **Academic Background:** University degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry. **Accreditation:** Must be registered with the Professional College and hold a valid professional license. **Experience:** Proven experience and knowledge in procedures and dealings with DIGEMID and DIRESA. **Competencies and Skills** **Leadership:** Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, and lead work teams. **Professional Ethics:** Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and ethics in performing duties. **Organization:** Excellent planning and attention-to-detail skills for sanitary and operational control. **What We Offer?**Competitive remuneration aligned with current labor market standards.An excellent and collaborative work environment.The opportunity to be a key, foundational contributor to a company’s growth in the region.
