Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Trafficker to design, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns, manage budgets, and analyze data for lead generation. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with design and sales teams to improve conversion. **Digital Trafficker – MONDAY TO THURSDAY ONLY, 9 AM TO 6 PM** We are looking for an experienced Digital Trafficker with expertise in digital and commercial strategies. Responsibilities: * Design and execute advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels. * Manage advertising budgets to optimize lead generation and conversions. * Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance. * Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to enhance customer acquisition. * Analyze user behavior and adjust campaigns based on collected data. * Coordinate with the design team to develop compelling visual materials for campaigns. * Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on KPIs. * Stay updated on digital advertising trends and best practices. * Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the conversion funnel. Requirements: * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital advertising and lead generation. * Advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing strategies. * Knowledge of SEO and SEM. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects. * Experience creating and optimizing conversion funnels. * Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Tag Manager. * Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance. * Experience with marketing automation and CRM. * Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
