Comply with procedures established in the POE related to cashiers and special services. 2. Validate daily the operational checklist for cashiers and special services. 3. Ensure timely fulfillment of scheduled deadlines for services requested by customers. 4. Support cashier or special services operations by performing the operational functions of the cashier station or SSEE counter. 5. Apply progressive discipline as appropriate per case and maintain records thereof. 6. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and assess staff under supervision. 7. Comply with procedures established in the POE regarding Petty Cash, CMR Incentive Program, and Cashier Shortages. 8. Use the authorized password and access rights to generate credit notes. **9. Validate documents:** shipping guides, credit notes, vouchers exceeding S/ 1500, cancellations, cash count signatures, forms, and booklets. 10. Supervise efficient collection and reconciliation at cashiers and the customer service counter (credit cards, checks, deposits, cash, etc.). 11. Conduct weekly audits using the Cashier and SSEE Checklist. 12. Control and safeguard daily documentation related to delivery notes, vault reconciliations, fund handover forms, and SCT. 13. Report anomalies related to reconciliation discrepancies, shortages, overages, or incidents in the cashier and SSEE areas. 14. Keep the workplace orderly and clean. 15. Review and maintain orderly, bullet-pointed header signage for cashier lanes and weekly product displays. 16. Enforce improvement actions defined by the immediate supervisor to achieve area service level and CMR objectives. 17. Inform the cashier and special services team about changes and promotions. 18. Manage achievement of area indicators (KPIs). 19. Contribute to preventive efforts against theft, accidents, and occupational illnesses. 20. Record daily updates in the Cashier and Special Services Logbook (daily log). 21. Ensure compliance with the Operational Continuity Checklist. 22. Perform other related or inherent duties assigned by the Area Sub-Manager. 23. Monitor compliance with deadlines for resolving complaints recorded in the Complaints Book. 24. Report daily and promptly any incident violating standard procedures. 25. Keep the cashier and special services staff informed about improvements and/or new procedures communicated from the Support Office. 26. Monitor assigned hours and staffing coverage aligned with store transaction volume at the customer service counter and cashier area. 27. Ensure timely submission of documentation requested by the Accounting and Finance Department. 28.
