Job Summary: Responsible for managing, controlling, and reconciling cash, transactions, and documents, as well as recording and reporting incidents related to fund handling. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage cash handling and perform daily cash reconciliation. 2. Oversee loose change handling and conduct daily vault reconciliation. 3. Record and report shortages and overages, and issue area reports. **Job Description** ---------------------- Manage cash handling, perform cash reconciliation, verify transactions and supporting documents. Oversee loose change handling at the store, including delivery, registration, requests, and/or returns, etc., with the central cash office. Perform daily vault and petty cash reconciliation according to defined processes and deadlines. Keep remittance payments and collections updated in Falanet. Close cash registers by validating supporting documents provided by cashiers and promptly entering all information into F8, based on data supplied by the security company and requirements established by Corporate Treasury. Reconcile supporting documents for transactions, verifying their authenticity and required authorizations. Record and report shortages and overages to initiate deduction and/or disciplinary processes. Report any incidents occurring during cash and supporting document handling to your immediate supervisor. Issue various area reports. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial areas within the company. * Technical or university education (completed, incomplete, or in progress). * Basic Excel skills and familiarity with the PMM system.
