Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and manage workplace safety and health, as well as environmental protection, on construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in incident investigations and advisory support **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Civil Engineering. * Advanced knowledge of Law No. 29783 "Law on Occupational Safety and Health", Standard G.050 "Safety During Construction", Supreme Decree No. 011\-2019\-TR "Occupational Safety and Health Regulation for the Construction Sector" * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory) * Experience supervising high-risk activities (work at height, hot work, electrical work, lifting operations) (preferred) * Willingness to work under the specified employment regime and in provincial locations (100% coverage of meals and accommodation). * Willingness to work in Morropon \- Piura. * Minimum 2 years of experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and/or update IPERC and IAAS matrices. * Ensure implementation of SSOMA Plans. * Manage distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) on site. * Manage daily permit approvals (ATS, PETAR). * Inspect work areas to promptly identify unsafe acts and/or conditions. * Conduct monthly inspections. * Raise awareness among personnel on safety and environmental topics. * Participate in accident and/or incident investigations. * Advise the Site Resident on strict compliance with current legal regulations concerning occupational safety, health, and environmental protection during project execution. * Other duties inherent to the position.
