Requirements ✅ Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. ✅ Minimum of **1 year** of experience in SSOMA-related functions in construction projects. ✅ Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental, and Risk Management regulations. ✅ Proficiency in SSOMA documentation, inspections, and report preparation. ✅ Ability to conduct safety inductions, training sessions, and safety talks. ✅ Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office). Responsibilities * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards on site. * Conduct periodic inspections and follow up on corrective actions. * Prepare SSOMA management reports and indicators. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Conduct inductions, training sessions, and safety talks. * Identify hazards, assess risks, and propose preventive measures. * Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations for the project.
