We are currently looking for personnel for our **MIRAFLORES** office, for the position of **Operations Supervisor at a FREIGHT AGENCY.** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and coordinate the company's operational activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives in operational processes. * Verify and update amounts, rates, and accounts of shipping lines, port operators, and return warehouses. * Schedule and supervise routes for in-person port procedures (BL endorsements, approvals, among others). * Consolidate and deliver payment supporting documents to the accounting department. * Monitor credits requested from shipping lines and prepare financial reports. * Record and report commissions obtained from negotiated approvals. * Prepare monthly performance reports (containers and key metrics). * Coordinate with suppliers and logistics agents to ensure operational continuity. * Resolve operational incidents and propose effective solutions. REQUIREMENTS: * Professional degree in International Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the operations area within a freight agency.
