DESCRIPTION A leading agroindustrial company is seeking an Occupational Health Manager to perform the following functions: * Design, implement, and administer the Occupational Medical Surveillance Program for all employees, ensuring comprehensive follow-up and control of the organization’s health programs. * Manage the implementation of Occupational Health and Public Health Medical Protocols, aligned with job positions and current regulations, guaranteeing timely and efficient medical care for employees. * Periodically analyze and evaluate Occupational Health and Public Health indicators, ensuring control, follow-up, and continuous improvement of medical reports. * Administer the implementation of Occupational Health and Public Health procedures in accordance with current legislation, ensuring the availability and traceability of information required for internal and external audits. * Supervise and monitor Occupational Hygiene across all company sites, ensuring compliance with established policies and standards. * Actively participate in external audits and certification processes, as well as labor inspections, ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations. * Develop and execute the Public Health Program, focused on prevention, control, and management of occupational and non-occupational diseases. * Manage the necessary resources to comply with the Integrated Management System guidelines related to food safety, quality, authenticity and legality, occupational safety and health, environment, secure trade, and ethics, ensuring regulatory compliance and certifications required by customers. * Understand, comply with, and apply the Anti-Bribery Management System requirements within the scope of their function, promoting correct application, responding to inquiries, and ensuring due diligence in implementing controls. * Perform other duties inherent to their area of competence assigned by their immediate supervisor, contributing to achieving the department’s strategic objectives. REQUIREMENTS * Medical Doctor (licensed, registered, and authorized to practice) * Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Occupational Safety and Health (Mandatory) * Minimum 5 years’ experience leading Occupational Health teams in the agroindustrial sector or general industry * Specialization in Business Management (Desirable) * Knowledge of certifications (OHSAS 18001) * Proficiency in performance indicators * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency
