Profile Details: · Minimum 1 year of experience · Solid knowledge of NETWORKS · Knowledge of Printers · Knowledge of Hardware and Software. · Knowledge of CCTV. Functions: · Support in the preventive and corrective maintenance plan for all computer equipment in the organization. · Installation of operating systems, applications and ERP · Participate and support in the updates established in the manuals and procedures defined in the Information Technology area. · Diagnose and repair technological equipment (printers and laptops) · Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on technological equipment · Provide required technical support in the area of communications and networks. · Assist staff with questions about the use of the operating system and/or other software installed on computers and printers. · Perform data backups for departments. .
