




We are Visso, a Peruvian company dedicated to the design and manufacturing of furniture for offices and homes. We are currently looking for: TREASURY ASSISTANT: Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze accounts payable and receivable, collection days, and customer debt, coordinating with the sales department in case of delays. * Weekly update cash flow information with actual collection dates, purchase orders pending invoicing, and payment schedules. * Alert the controller about budget deviations, unauthorized expenditures, or duplicate payments. * Review and reconcile bank transactions with accounting records. * Classify expenses by cost center and type of expenditure. * Schedule and execute interbank transfers, supplier payments, fixed expenses, payroll, taxes, financial obligations, and other operations. * Monitor weekly collections report and send preventive alerts. * Prepare weekly summary of pending versus scheduled payments. * Propose financing alternatives or rescheduling options. * Maintain organized files and documentation for banking (vouchers, contracts) and payments. * Manage and monitor daily cash position and bank balances. * Prepare and report daily cash position, including projected inflows, outflows, and balances. * Develop and update short-term projected cash flow (3 months), anticipating financing needs or liquidity surpluses. * Manage and control the payment schedule: plan and execute transfers, supplier payments, payroll, taxes, and financial obligations, ensuring timely compliance. * Record future payment commitments and keep the company's financial obligations up to date. * Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to align with accounting closing procedures. * Assist in coordination with financial institutions regarding financing operations, deposits, transfers, term deposits, exchange rates, and surety letters. * Keep supplier records updated for credit lines. * Support in accounting closing and purchase ledger. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting. * Intermediate to advanced level in Excel. * Proficiency in accounting and financial systems. * 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work in Miraflores from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm (remote). Must be available to go to the plant in San Juan Lurigancho 1 or 2 times per week.
