Join RUMI! **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree or licensed Civil Engineer. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in multifamily housing projects. * Proven experience in construction of multifamily apartment buildings. * Knowledge of the entire construction process, from start to project delivery. * Knowledge in execution of diaphragm walls, use of tower cranes, and precast slab installation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities and resources for multifamily projects, ensuring achievement of quality, cost, and time objectives. * Ensure compliance with delivery schedules, result quality, and established commitments. * Manage administration and performance of construction contractors. * Prepare and oversee site personnel management. * Carry out other duties assigned by the direct supervisor, aligned with departmental goals.
