Join RUMI! **REQUIREMENTS** * Licensed, registered, and qualified Civil Engineer. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily housing projects and similar constructions. (Essential) * Proven experience in shoring, anchored walls, precast slabs, dimensioned steel, metal formwork systems, tower cranes, among others. * Knowledge of the entire construction process, from project initiation to final delivery. * Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure compliance with project timelines, costs, and scope. * Lead and supervise the construction process, guaranteeing quality and adherence to technical specifications. * Provide technical direction for scheduled tasks, anticipating and correcting potential risks or defects. * Manage project execution according to plans, schedules, and technical documentation. * Supervise the quality of construction processes and proper use of materials. * Prepare daily and weekly reports on project progress and status. * Meet company-defined objectives for productivity, quality, and safety. * Perform other duties related to the position.
