We are seeking a MARKETING ASSISTANT to join our team. **Requirements** * Graduate in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or Graphic Design. * Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or digital design (agency or brand). * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing, photography, marketing, advertising, and social media. * Knowledge of Premiere, CapCut, or After Effects is desirable. * Excellent writing skills and strong aesthetic judgment. * Creativity, initiative, and organizational ability. **Responsibilities** * Produce image and video content for all company social media and professional accounts to drive engagement. * Monitor the brand across social media platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn) to achieve objectives related to Digital Marketing, Social Media, social networks, and web presence. * Plan and create social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. * Design graphic assets, reels, and promotional materials while maintaining the company’s visual identity. * Collaborate in directing photo shoots and audiovisual production. * Write creative and engaging copy tailored to each digital platform. * Manage the content publishing calendar and support advertising strategy implementation. * Prepare performance reports and digital metrics analyses. * Support the marketing department in campaigns, activations, and product launches. • Manage platforms and distribution channels for audiovisual content.
