Job Summary: We are seeking an Extrusion Operator with experience in production lines and operation of extrusion machines to work in Huanchaco/Trujillo. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in production lines 2. Knowledge of extrusion process and plastic materials 3. Ability to adjust parameters and perform quality control **WE ARE INTERLINKED AND SEEKING AN EXTRUSION OPERATOR FOR HUANCHACO / TRUJILLO** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in production lines, preferably operating extrusion machines or in the plastics industry. * Experience operating extrusion machines (e.g., plastic or rubber extruders) or in roles related to thermoplastic material manufacturing processes. * Knowledge of the extrusion process, which involves converting plastic materials into continuous products using pressure and heat. * Operation of extrusion machinery, such as various types of extruders (single-layer, multi-layer, etc). * Parameter adjustment: ability to adjust parameters such as temperature, machine speed, and extrusion pressure according to product specifications. * Knowledge of plastic materials used in extrusion (e.g., PVC, PE, PP, among others) and their properties. * Quality control: ability to verify that extruded products meet specifications and quality standards. * Basic equipment maintenance: ability to perform preventive maintenance tasks and provide first aid for machinery. * Attention to detail: ability to detect defects in extruded products and take necessary corrective actions. * Teamwork: ability to collaborate with other operators, supervisors, and maintenance personnel. * Effective communication: ability to clearly communicate any issues or changes in the extrusion process. * Ability to work under pressure: efficiency in meeting production timelines and handling unexpected situations. * Industrial safety knowledge: understanding of safety standards for operating machinery and handling hazardous materials. * Availability to work rotating shifts or extended hours, depending on plant requirements. * Adaptability: ability to learn and adapt to new equipment, materials, and process changes. **SEND YOUR CV TO: \+51 960 687 181** Workplace: On-site employment
