Job Summary: We are seeking a creative individual to enhance our digital presence by creating and editing social media content and proposing innovative ideas. Key Highlights: 1. Creative development on social media We are a company specialized in real estate sanitation, property separations, factory declarations, subdivisions, and appraisals, and we seek a creative individual to help us strengthen our digital presence. **Main Responsibilities** * Create daily stories for Facebook and WhatsApp Business. * Design posts and images using Canva. * Record and edit short videos for TikTok, Reels, and Facebook. * Support organic content creation. * Propose creative ideas to attract potential customers. * Organize photographic and audiovisual material for social media. * Schedule and publish content. **Requirements** * Student or graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Canva. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of CapCut or another editing tool. * Interest in social media and content creation. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Proactivity, creativity, and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing social media accounts (personal, academic, or business-related). * Prior creation of videos for TikTok, Reels, or other digital content. * Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite. **We Offer** * Service contract with honorarium receipt. * Initial remuneration: S/ 600 per month. * Initial training and mentoring. * Growth opportunity based on performance. **Application Instructions:** Send your CV \+ portfolio and/or videos you have recorded or edited to: marketingkmaindependizaciones@gmail.com Subject: “Application for Editing and Content Assistant Position” Deadline: Until June 22.
