We are characterized by continuous growth and are currently seeking passionate talents who wish to join our team. **Position:** Recruitment and Mass Processes Assistant. **Vacancies:** 1 **What profile are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related fields. * One year of experience in the position, handling recruitment processes. * Experience in the Telecommunications industry (Desirable). * Own recruitment sources (Desirable). **What will be your responsibilities?** * Carry out the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for personnel. * Perform screening, interviews, role\-plays for selection. * Post job openings on job search platforms. * Schedule training and conduct candidate inductions. * Meet weekly HeadCount targets. * Support employee engagement programs and applicant follow-up. * Assist with company activities. * Send recruitment reports. * Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What do we offer?** * Pleasant work environment. * Employment type: Service Invoice (Receipt for Honorariums) * Fixed Salary: S/1200 \+ Bonuses for meeting hiring targets. * Attractive schedule: Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm. * Location: Av.
