Proposal of service improvement actions **We are currently looking for an Operations Supervisor** to oversee comprehensive cleaning services at **SENATI Trujillo**. Requirements * Must reside **preferably in the city of Trujillo**. * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a Comprehensive Cleaning Supervisor in public and/or private institutions. * Must provide **employment certificates or other documents verifying experience**. * Experience supervising operational staff and coordinating cleaning services. * Proficiency in preparing reports, attendance tracking, and incident management. * Availability to work during the scheduled hours. Schedule * **Monday to Saturday** * **6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.** * **2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.** Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate assigned cleaning staff. * Verify compliance with procedures, schedules, and quality standards. * Monitor attendance, presence, and staff performance. * Coordinate with the client regarding requests and incidents. * Prepare service reports and documentation. * Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Propose improvement actions to guarantee proper service execution.
