We are currently seeking a **Retail Project Manager**, responsible for leading the end-to-end development of shopping center and retail projects—from pre-construction through final handover—ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and the client’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end retail project management across planning, pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases. * Define project execution strategy in coordination with General Management and the client. * Manage contracts, scope, change control, and contractual administration. * Lead and coordinate supervision teams. * Manage technical, financial, and operational risks by implementing mitigation plans. * Chair site committees and meetings with clients and investors. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. * Supervise proper execution of shopping center, anchor store, and high-traffic commercial space projects. Requirements: * Licensed and registered **Civil Engineer**. * Minimum 8 years of general experience. * Minimum 6 years of experience in similar positions. * Mandatory experience in retail projects—particularly shopping centers, department stores, or highly complex commercial buildings. * Proven experience managing large-scale budgets and contractual administration. * Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder management. * Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills.
