We are currently seeking a **Sanitary Engineer – Retail**, responsible for supervising and coordinating the proper execution of sanitary installations in retail projects—particularly shopping malls and high-complexity commercial buildings—ensuring compliance with project technical, regulatory, and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the execution of sanitary installations in retail projects. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and current regulations. * Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and construction departments to ensure correct integration of specialties. * Monitor progress of sanitary installations and adherence to the project schedule. * Participate in technical coordination meetings and construction committees. * Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and operational standards. Requirements: * Licensed and registered **Sanitary Engineer**. * Minimum 5 years of general experience in building construction projects. * At least 3 years of specific experience in similar positions. * **Mandatory experience in retail projects**, particularly shopping malls, department stores, or commercial buildings. * Experience in supervising sanitary installations, water supply networks, drainage systems, and fire protection systems. * Knowledge of technical regulations, quality control, and functional testing. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Strong coordination, organizational, and on-site problem-solving skills.
