Assistance in monitoring servers and systems At Hortifrut, we continue to grow and are looking for an Operational Continuity Assistant to join our team. This is your opportunity! What is the challenge? Provide support for access control, documentation, and incident tracking across the organization's systems and applications, ensuring operational continuity in accordance with established standards and procedures. Responsibilities: Receive, register, and handle requirement and incident tickets submitted via the platform; create, modify, deactivate users, and assign permissions to contribute to maintaining system and application access and availability. Periodically evaluate user profiles by reviewing and validating assigned permissions to ensure access control and consistency across systems. Develop and update application documentation, including user manuals and operating instructions, to provide users with necessary information for utilizing technological tools. Collect and archive software release documentation provided by the relevant department, verifying that it includes records of executed tests, integrations with other systems, and other information defined in procedures, to support control and traceability of system and application updates and improvements. Record and organize information on tickets handled by vendors, participate in follow-up meetings to collect data, consolidate reports in Excel, and archive information to support analysis and development of indicators and control dashboards. Document system recovery simulation exercises, recording the evaluated application, timeframes, and steps taken to restore service and database, to ensure information availability during critical incidents. Assist in monitoring servers and systems managed by external vendors, performing periodic functionality tests and alerting on detected unavailability to support operational continuity of technological platforms. Requirements: Graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computing and Systems Engineering, or related fields Platform proficiency – Jira (mandatory) Knowledge of Web Development and databases ITIL certification 1–2 years of experience in systems roles within the Agro-industrial or general sector. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree Years of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
