MISSION: Plan, organize, direct, and control internal audit activities in accordance with applicable laws, control standards, directives, and internal organizational policies. REQUIREMENTS: University degree (mandatory) in: Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or Administration. Postgraduate degree or specialization (desirable): Related to tax and financial auditing. Knowledge of taxation: payment vouchers. Knowledge of cash counting. Knowledge of internal audit standards, procedures, and techniques. Knowledge of regulations concerning travel vouchers. Knowledge of accounting principles and techniques. Knowledge to identify fraud indicators. ERP system proficiency. Microsoft Office. FUNCTIONS: Submit a work plan and travel schedule to the immediate supervisor. Control and conduct cash counts, physical inventories of office and cleaning supplies, and cafeteria inventories across all organizational agencies. Control physical inventories of the mechanical workshop garage in Lima, including fuel verification and testing. Coordinate resolution of issues identified during audits with relevant department heads. Report serious issues—such as cash shortages—to management. Process cancellation of remittances for all agencies within the system. Enter payments-on-delivery for services into the system. Maintain control over passenger manifest files. Issue audit reports to management.
