The Young Men's Christian Association of Peru (YMCA Peru) is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **PROGRAM MONITOR** **FUNCTIONS:** * Support the teaching team in conducting program sessions and activities * Encourage, motivate, and accompany the group with a proactive and responsible attitude * Model positive, supportive, and cooperative attitudes for participants * Report any incidents or needs to the Area Coordinator * Assist in preparing, setting up, and organizing materials and environments * Participate in training sessions and meetings convened by the team **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior volunteer experience * Completed secondary education * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 A.M. to 12:50 P.M. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/600.00 * Formal payroll registration from day one * Bonus of 200 soles * Free corporate gym access * Pleasant working environment Position type: Part-time Salary: S/.600.00 per month Expected hours: 24 hours per week Work location: On-site employment
