Requirements * Graduate or final-cycle student of **Tourism and Hospitality**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in the hotel industry** (mandatory). * Availability to work **on-site and full-time**. Responsibilities * Manage, record, and confirm guest reservations. * Greet and welcome guests, verifying their reservations. * Perform **check-in and check-out procedures**. * Conduct the cash register closing for the assigned shift. * Record and maintain up-to-date guest information in the database. * Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels. * Provide information and assistance during guests' stays. * Offer timely and personalized solutions according to customer needs. * Inform and recommend the establishment's services and facilities, as well as nearby points of interest. * Handle and manage complaints, inquiries, or incidents, ensuring appropriate resolutions. * Support operational and administrative activities related to the department. * Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
