We are looking for (4) **Maintenance Mechanic Interns** for our CALLAO headquarters, who are proactive and eager to join our team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams, ability to work under pressure, tolerance. * Social responsibility, punctuality, and adaptability to change. * Carry out mechanical maintenance tasks. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. * Propose and participate—whenever called upon—in new continuous improvement projects. * Maintain industrial machines, among other duties. * Review proper completion of reports on performed tasks. * Daily inspection of machines and facilities, among other duties. * Comply with safety standards in all assigned tasks. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Perform tasks according to the company’s required performance level. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Interns from the VI cycle or graduates of the Maintenance Mechanic program. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Availability to work in CALLAO. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings. * Knowledge of welding and electrical connections. * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. * Candidates available to work Monday through Saturday. * Excellent working environment.
