Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in real estate project document management, interdepartmental coordination, and Excel proficiency for an on-site position. Key Highlights: 1. Real estate project document management 2. Coordination with multiple project stakeholders 3. Advanced Excel proficiency for control and analysis \* Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate project document management. \* Experience in urban development projects and/or multi-family construction projects. \* Knowledge of technical files, building permits, and municipal procedures. \* Experience coordinating with designers, contractors, municipalities, and financial institutions. \* Management and tracking of progress valuations, schedules, and construction documentation. \* Intermediate or advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, information control and analysis). \* Basic knowledge of construction scheduling and process automation. \* Ability to organize, control, and simultaneously track multiple documentary requirements. \* Attention to detail and ability to identify missing or inconsistent documentation. \* Communication and coordination skills with various project stakeholders.
