Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support specialist for equipment configuration, operating system installation, file modification, and preventive/corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Career development path We are currently recruiting personnel for the Technical Support position at Konecta – Lima City Center office. Work Modality: On-site Responsibilities: * Configuration of computer equipment * Installation of operating systems and disk images * Modification of system files and basic parameters * Technical support and preventive/corrective maintenance of equipment Requirements: * Completed technical studies in Computing and Informatics or Networking (minimum 3 years) * Minimum 6 months of technical support experience * Basic knowledge of Cisco networking * Availability to work rotating 24x7 shifts (day and night shifts) * Preference for candidates not currently enrolled in studies due to shift rotation requirements Benefits: * Base salary: S/ 1,400 * Enrollment in MYPE payroll at 50% * Career development path * Positive work environment Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
